
Don Hendricks, Nate Burleson and Marc D’Amelio to Be Honored at the 2025 Father of the Year Awards
The National Father’s Day Council announced today that it will honor three remarkable fathers from the retail, news and sports media industries at the 83rd Annual Father of The Year Awards. The Awards luncheon, which will be held on Thursday, June 12th at 583 Park Avenue, will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, which creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
Gayle King, Co-Host of “CBS Mornings” and Editor at Large of Oprah Daily, will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies for this year’s Father of the Year Awards. The awards will be given in recognition of fathers who successfully balance highly influential careers while remaining dedicated to their families, communities, and philanthropic endeavors. The 2025 awards will be presented to the following fathers:
- Don Hendricks, Chief Executive Officer, Belk
- Nate Burleson, Co-Host, “CBS Mornings” and Analyst for “The NFL Today”
- Marc D’Amelio, Digital Creator and Entrepreneur
In addition, the National Father’s Day Council will honor one “All Star Dad,” who will be announced at the event. The “All Star Dad” will be selected from online video submissions from family members, friends, and community leaders across the country.
