BOWIE, Md., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- 49th U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Dirk Kempthorne, joins the Plan B Government Systems, Inc. He was first elected to public office in 1985 as Mayor of Boise.
